The Golden Bell is found in the Model Village. The Golden Bell is needed to beat the game. When the Goose brings the Golden Bell to Home and drops it in the Golden Bell Pit the game is beat and end credits will show.

When the Goose honks it will make a honk and bell ring sound.
When it is moved left to right it rings. "*bell ringing sounds*" - Golden Bell, when ringing
Everyone seems to want it so you either can go fast and noisy, or slow and silent. Each level has one that works better
